Winter

 

Christmas in my memhories is always entwined with the scent of vanilla rolls, cinnamon and chocolate.
Kitchen full of pots, pans, flour, sugar, salt and sweet aroma that attracted my entire family from the snow in the yard to Gramma's kitchen, where she was in charge with her wooden spoon.
Christmas was traditionally celebrated in my family, and even when that was not desirable, ... winter more...

Cookies

Mix 1 kg of flour with 12 dkg of butter, 2 eggs, 20 dkg vanilla sugar, ½ tablespoons of baking soda, 2 tablespoons of sour cream and knead into smooth dough, not too soft.
