50 ml wine vinegar
1 laurel leaf
1 sprig rosemary
chopped parsley
1/2 lemon
flour
salt
water
Clean the sardines, rinse, dry with paper towel and salt.
Sprinkle with flour and fry in olive oil.
Cut the lemon into slices and cover the sardines with them.
Remove the sardines from the pan, add chopped onion in the remains of oil in the pan.
After the onion softens add finely chopped garlic, pepper, winegar, laurel leaf and a sprig of rosemary.
Set the marinade aside and pour it over the sardines and lemon slices.
Cover sardines and marinade with a lid or aluminum foil and put into the fridge to cool down.
