2 sea bass
500 g potatoes
salt, pepper
1 sprig of rosemary
thyme
olive oil
1 lemon
Clean the fish, wash it and leave on paper towel to dry.
When dry, sprinkle fish with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Clean potaotes, wash it and cut into slices.
Grease ovenproof dish with olive oil, lay potato slices in it.
Sprinkle with oilve oil, salt, pepper, tyhme and add rosemary sprig.
Lay fish over potatoes, put 2-3 lemon slices on top of fish.
Bake in preheated oven at moderate temperature until all is golden.
