4 veal slices, about 4-5 mm thin
2 eggs
flour
bread crumbs
oil
salt
Take veal slices and slightly salt them.
Beat whole eggs, add pinch of salt.
Each veal slice roll into flour, then into eggs and finally into bread crumbs.
Don't press bread crumbs into meat.
Fry in oil at moderate temperature until golden brown on each side.
Serve with potatoes and green salad.
