5000 g lean pork meat (from the front of the shoulder and leg)
1000 g raw bacon
150 g salt
7-8 garlic cloves
paprika powder, crushed red pepper flakes

 

Pork mince with raw bacon on meat grinder.
Clean garlic cloves, mince it and pour with hot water and let stand briefly, then strain through strainer. Keep the water in which garlich has been soaked.
Mix minced meat with salt, crushed red pepper flakes and paprika dust to taste.
Add some water in which garlic has been soaked so that the mixture can be easily mixed.
Mix well and stuff casings.
Tie them with a string and let shrink.
Fry in oil in a pan or in oven at moderate heat.
