Stuffed Veal Breast 1 kg of veal breast wash, remove the bones, tap lightly and salt.
Make with the sharp knife a pocket in the meat.


Prepare the following stuffing:

3 tablespoons of butter mix with 2 eggs, add 3 slices of bread soaked in milk, a lot of finely chopped green parsley, 1 small finely chopped onion and 1 glove of finely chopped garlic.


Stuff the meat with the stuffing, grease outside with butter or oil, put in pan and bake in the oven until meat gets soft.
