Saute 1,5 tablespoon of fat (oil) with 1 teaspoon of sugar until it gets brownish.
Add 2-3 finely chopped onions and let ½ hours to saute with adding of watter when necessary.
When onion gets soft, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour, saute little, dilute with cold water, add salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of vinegar and let simmer another ½ hours.
