Flatbread Mlinci450 g flour
4 g salt
300 ml warm water

Mix flour, salt and warm water and knead smooth dough.
Divide it into 4 parts and roll, each in size 40x30 cm.
Each sheet of dough prick with the fork.
Bake each sheet of flatbread separately in the oven for about 6-7 minutes at 220 ° C
Break flatbread into smaller pieces, and pour boiling water over them. Cook them for 5 minutes until they soften, then rinse and drain well.
Spice with the roast marinade.

 

Mlinci is traditional side dish in Croatia, usually prepared for Christmas or Easter.

It's served mostly with turkey or chicken roast.
