500 g broccoli
500 g caulifower
600 g potatoes
salt, pepper
bread crumbs
100 ml sour cream
Broccoli and cauliflower wash and broke into florets.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into slices.
In salt water briefly cook the potatoes, add the cauliflower florets and broccoli florets.
Vegetables should be cooked al dente.
Grease an ovenproof pan, add drained vegetables, spread over the pan.
Season with pepper, sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour sour cream.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
