French Potatoes12-15 potaotes, unpeeled, put into cold water and cook until soft. When they're done, peel them and cut into slices.

Take one large pan, grease it with oil and sprinkle with crumbs.

Then layer potatoe slices, sprinkle with finely chopped onions, salt and slices of well-cooked eggs.

Finish with potatoes. Put on top little bit of butter and sour cream and bake in the oven for ½ hours.

Optionaly, you can add dry sausages, ham or fried cutlets.
