Swiss Chard With PotatoPeel the potatoes and cube them, put in boiling water to cook.

When the potatoes are half over, add in boiling water washed leaves of Swiss chard (or spinach) and cook for another 10 minutes.

Drain well, put in appropriate bowl and spice up with salt, pepper, olive oil and stir lightly.

If desired, add a little of finely chopped garlic.
