4 middle sized potaotes
2 sausages
1 onion
300 g Portabello mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
200 ml sour cream
2 tbsp vinegar
parsley
salt, pepper
oil
Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in oil, stir in clean mushrooms and leave it to sear untill all liquid evaporates.
Add sliced sausages, gently fry, add in cubed potatoes and pour in as much watter as it is need to cover potatoes.
Mix sour cream, flour, salt, pepper and trinkle into soup.
Let all simmer until potatoes turn soft.
At the end, add vinegar, chopped parsley and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
