dill soup1/2 stick butter
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste


In a pot, heat the butter, add the garlic, carrots and flour.

Let fry for a minute until it becomes brownish then add a little bit water.

Mix the chopped dill and the cream together and then add in the pot. Let cook for a few minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
