Tea Biscuits


950 g flour
3 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
200 ml milk
2 tbsp butter
3-4 tbsp granulated sugar

 

 

Sift flour with baking powder and salt.

Add milk and make soft dough (if neccessary add more milk).

Roll out a 3 cm thick dough.

Spread with melted butter and generously sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Roll the dough like roulade, cut in slices about 3 cm thick.

Bake until golden.
