150 g butter
200 g flour
70 g sugar
1 egg yolk
4 tbsp peach jam

 

 

 

Mix butter with flour, sugar and egg yolk.
Make dough, and place it in a pregreased baking pan.
Smear the peach jam over the top of dough.

6 egg whites
150 g sugar
250 g ground walnuts
50 g chocholate

Beat egg whites stiffly, add sugar and mix until smooth.
Add ground walnuts and melted chocholate.
Pour over the dough and bake at low heat until done.
