320 g butter
250 g dark chocolate (minimum 60 % cocoa)
100 g cocoa powder
80 g flour
1,5 tsp baking powder
400 g sugar
5 eggs


Place butter and chocholate in a bowl, which set up on another pan with boiling water.

Melt chocolate and butter, stirring constantly, until you get silky chocolate glaze.

Add sugar.

Mix baking powder with flour and cocoa powder, then gently add to the mixture and mix.

Add eggs one by one.

Mix until you get an uniform mixture.

Pour into baking pan, previously lined with parchment paper or greased and floured.

Bake at moderate temperature for 20-25 minutes.

Allow to cool, cut the cakes into squares.

Sprinkle with icingd sugar or drizzle with chocolate glaze.
