Vienna Cake8 eggs

20 dkg sugar

14 dkg almonds

14 dkg flour

10 dkg grated chocolate

3 oranges


2 tblspoons vanilla sugar

1/2 tblspoons flour

0,12 dcl milk

15 dkg butter

Mix egg yolks with sugar, add peeled and minced almonds,  flour and beaten egg whites. Divide this mass in two. In the first part add  grated chocholate and in the second part grated peel of 3 oranges (zest).Put into baking pan 1 tablespoon of the first dough, then 1 tablespoon of the second dough until the pan is full.Bake the cake in oven and when cool cut into 2 halves.

Fill in with the following cream: 4 egg yolks mix with vanilla sugar, add milk and flour and beat on the heat until it boils. When cool add in butter and mix all together well.








Coat the tart and decorate it with chopped hazelnuts, almonds, chocolate or orange zest.
