Melt 1-2 tablespoon of butter, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and saute it until the sugar gets light yellow.
Add ½ finely chopped onions, green parsley and 1,5 kg peeled green baby peas.
Let everything simmer in covered pan. Add water from time to time.
When peas get soft, add 1 tablespoon of fluor and let it become yellow, add salt, pepper, fill with water and cook for anoter ½ hours.
At the end you can add 1 cup of sour cream.
