10-12 green or red peppers clean and rinse well, dip for ½ minute in boiling water, cool them and stuff with the stuffing.
Stuffing:
60 dkg of minced pork meat mix with 1-2 cups of sauted rice, 1 egg, salt, pepper.
Stir well and fill the peppers.
Put all stuffed peppers in one large pan.
Make thickener and add in it 1 kg of cooked tomatoes, cover stuffed peppers, add water if necessary and cook until meat and rice get soft.
At the end add 1 cup of sour cream.
