MoussakaSaute 2 finely chopped onions on 2-3 tablespoons of oil, add ½ kg minced beef, salt, pepper and let simmer adding water from time to time.
Peel 6-7 potatoes, slice them into thin slices.
Layer one lay of potatoes and one lay of minced meat into pan until you reach the top.
Put potatoes on top.
Mix 3 cups of milk with 3 eggs and pour over the potatoes.
Put everything in the oven and bake until potatoes get soft.
