8 eggs
25 dkg sugar
25 dkg ground walnuts
2 tablespoons crumbs soaked in rum
few coffee beans
1 lemon
20 dkg cherries
Mix in a large bowl egg yolks and sugar for ½ hours.
Then add ground walnuts and crumbs soaked in rum, few coffee beans, lemon zest and egg whites. Stir well.
Place dough in well buttered pan and on the top put sweet or sour cherries.
Bake at moderate temperature.
