Chicken Zucchinni Pasta

400 g chicken breasts
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 green zucchini
100 ml white wine
200 ml sour cream
salt, pepper
oil
chopped parsley
homemade pasta

 

Cut the chicken into equal size pieces.
Clean the onion and finely chopped it.
Heat the oil and saute onion and chicken pieces all together for 10 minutes.
Clean zucchini and grate it or cut into thin pieces, add to the meat.
Then add salt, pepper and chopped garlic clove.
All together simmer until the meat is soft and golden.
Pour in the white wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates.
At the end add sour cream and chopped parsley.
Pour over cooked, homemade pasta.
