beef goulash1,5 kg of fine beef wash and cut into cubes.
3-4 finely chopped onions saute on 5 tablespoons of oil, add ½ tablespoon of red paprika dust, add meat, season with salt and let for 2-2,5 hours to simmer in covered pan.

From time to time add water or beef stock to simmer with meat.

When meat gets soft, add 2-3 laurel leaves and black pepper.
