French Salad300 g potatoes
300 g carrots
300 g green peas
3 eggs
5 pickled cucumbers
200 ml mayonnaise
mustard, lemon juice
salt, pepper

 

Clean and wash all vegetables.
Unpeeled carrots, potatoes, peas and eggs boil (separrately) and cool.
Peel the carrots and potatoes, remove egg shells.
Cut all vegetables into small cubes, as well as the eggs.
Mix cooked vegetables with eggs, add cubes of pickled cucumbers, add mayonnaise and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, add mustard and lemon juice (optional).
