Risotto½ kg of fine meat (pork or veal),

2 tablespoons of butter,

½ kg rice,

2 onions,

salt, pepper 

1 liter of water


Clean the meat and cut into small cubes.
Saute 2 finely chopped onions on butter, add meat, salt, pepper and cover the pan.
Saute until meat gets soft. Frequently pour water or stock, then add washed rice.
Add water and cook until the rice gets tender.
