Clean 1 kg tomatoes, cut open and boil until soft, then squeeze them through the strainer.
Saute 1 tablespoon oil and 1-2 tablespoons flour, add ½ finely chopped onion, add tomatoes, salt, ½ teaspoon sugar and let soup ½ hours to cook.
In this soup you can add rice, crutons or thin noodles. Before end add 1 cup of sour cream.
