Sweet corn bread - zlevanka6 whole eggs

2 cups sugar

2 cups all purpose flour

4 cups corn flour

4 tsp baking powder

2 cups sour cream

2 cups oil (sunflower)

2 cups milk

1 kg fresh cottage cheese

2 vanilla sugar

 

Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth.

Add corn flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sour cream, oil and fresh cottage cheese  and mixx all together.

Pour into a large pre-greased baking tray.

Bake in the pre-heated oven at 180ºC (350F) for about 20-30 minutes.

Sprinkle with icing sugar (optionally).
