Bishops Bread4 eggs

35 dkg sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

40 dkg flour

20 dkg raisins

20 dkg chopped walnuts

10 dkg coarsley chopped chocolate


Mix whole eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar until smooth.

Add raisins, walnuts and chocolate, mix all together with flour.

Bake in oven at moderate temperature.
Cut into thin slices when cool.
