Caramel Pie50 dkg of flour

2 whole eggs

10 dkg butter

16 dkg of sugar

½ packet of baking powder

½ dl milk

 

Mix all ingredients and knead well.

Divide into 3 equal pieces, roll in a size of baking pan and bake at moderate temperature.

 

Fill in with the following cream: 25 dkg of sugar saute on moderate heat until it starts to caramelize, pour ½ l milk, add 2 tablespoons of flour and cook everything constantly stirring.

Cool down and add 10 dkg of butter and 1 cup of rum.

Decorate as you wish.
