2 large sea fish
1000 g potatoes
300 g carrot
200 g green peas
100 g onion
3 tbsp parsley
juice of 1 lemon
1 lemon cut into slices
salt, pepper, oil
Clean and wash all vegetables.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
Chop onions and carrots.
Mix chopped onion and carrot, add green peas, chopped garlic and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper, add 2-3 tbsp of oil and lemon juice and stir well.
Clean and wash fish, season with salt and fill them with prepared vegetables.
Grease large baking pan with oil and put potato slices on bottom.
Season with salt.
Lay stuffed fish over potatoes.
On top of each fish place lemon slices.
Cover all with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes in an oven, preheated to 180C.
10 minutes before end, remove the foil, turn the temperature to 200C and bake until fish is golden brown.
