Pickled Cucumbers5 kg smal cucumbers
1,5 l vinegar (10%)
110 g sugar
120 g salt dill

 

Clean and wash cucumbers.
Place them in a large bowl.
Cook 3 litres of water with 1,5 dcl vinegar and with boiling liquid pour the cucumbers.
Leave cucumbers to rest for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, place cucumbers in clean glass jars, placing dill too.
Bring to boil again winegar with sugar, salt and with boiling liquid pour the cucumbers.
Close the jars with lids.
Cool them gradually.
