Pickled Peppers3 kg peppers (red, green, yellow)
1 l vinegar
80 g sugar
150 g salt
1 dcl oil
3 l water

 

Clean and wash peppers, leave them to dry.
Bring to boil water, vinegar, salt and sugar.
Pour oil before it starts to boil.
Gently add peppers into boiling liquid and cook them for 2 minutes.
Place cooked peppers into clean glass jars and pour over them boiling liquid.
Seal the jars.
