Cheese DumplingsMix 2 tablespoons of butter, 2-3 eggs, ½ kg of fresh cottage cheese, salt, 2-3 tablespoons of wheat semolina and let ½ hours to stand.

Then with wet hands form dumplings, put them in lot of boiling salted water and cook about 8-10 minutes.
