Fried Apple Rings

2 eggs
2 tbsp butter (melted)
pinch of salt
2 tbsp sugar
0,2 l milk
100 g flour
5 bigger apples
oil, cinnamon



Beat egg yolks, stir in melted butter, salt, sugar and one-half the milk.
Stir in the flour and mix into a smooth batter.

Add rest of milk.
Beat egg whites into stiff mixture and gently add in batter.
Wash and core apples.
Slice 1 cm thick, dip in batter and fry in deep oil.
Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
