1 kg flour
12 dkg butter
2 eggs
20 dkg vanilla sugar
1/2 tablespoons baking soda
2 tablespoons creme fraiche
jam or marmelade, optional
icing sugar
Mix flour with buther, eggs, vanilla sugar, baking soda and creme fraiche.
Knead into smooth dough, not too soft.
Let it stand for ½ hours in a cool place.
Roll the dough thin on the rolling board, and cut into various chapes (round, triangular, square,...).
Put them in a baking pan and bake at moderate temperature.
Optionally, you could "glue them" with jam or marmelade.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
