Lemon Waffers20 dkg sugar

4 eggs

1 lemon

10 dkg butter

 

Mix sugar, 4 egg yolks, 1 lemon juice, lemon zest and put everything to cook at moderate temperature constantly mixing (or put to cook on top of the pan with boiling water) until you get dense and sticky mass.

Cool it down and add butter. Mix well.

Fill in between wafers.
