Brussels Sprouts manestra1 kg Brussels sprouts, cabbage leaves, kale leaves wash and cut into stripes and put in boiling water.

Drain the vegetables and put into boiling salted water to cook.

Add 7-8 peeled and cubed potatoes.

Make thickener, add ½ finely chopped onion, some garlic and red paprika powder.

Add into vegetables and cook for another ½ hours.
