1 kg Brussels sprouts, cabbage leaves, kale leaves wash and cut into stripes and put in boiling water.
Drain the vegetables and put into boiling salted water to cook.
Add 7-8 peeled and cubed potatoes.
Make thickener, add ½ finely chopped onion, some garlic and red paprika powder.
Add into vegetables and cook for another ½ hours.
Before you serve, put on top some sour cream.
